I have started to see the difference they are great
Since using this product I can tell a big difference in my breathing and less coughing.
I don't use them as often as I should, but when I do, I find that my coughing is virtually non existent. So I am going to start using them more often.
They are great filters and work really well. Can highly recommend them.

These filters are great I am still getting used to putting them on my cigarettes when I smoke but they are working I have noticed my cough is less since I started using them

Vape for 13 years, I quit smoking. Now, the goal is to stop the E-cigarette. 2 mg of Nicotine, my dosage is low, but it's not easy to stop. So, I found the trick of vacuuming essential oils. I had an inhaler before this one and I use it at home. In a few days, my e-liquid consumption dropped by half. I use a blend of Lavender, Peppermint, and Eucalyptus. But the best oil to limit the desire to smoke is black pepper oil. This little inhaler is very convenient when I leave home. Around the neck, it is discreet. Be careful not to soak the cotton too much, otherwise the oil can rise back into your mouth. The item is of good quality, delivered with 4 pieces of organic cotton. The suction is tight and therefore, we can clearly feel the effect of the oils; it creates a "hit" in the throat. It's economical. The item is made of stainless steel, just like the necklace which is pleasant to wear. I am satisfied with this product!
