Since using this product I can tell a big difference in my breathing and less coughing.

Vape for 13 years, I quit smoking. Now, the goal is to stop the E-cigarette. 2 mg of Nicotine, my dosage is low, but it's not easy to stop. So, I found the trick of vacuuming essential oils. I had an inhaler before this one and I use it at home. In a few days, my e-liquid consumption dropped by half. I use a blend of Lavender, Peppermint, and Eucalyptus. But the best oil to limit the desire to smoke is black pepper oil. This little inhaler is very convenient when I leave home. Around the neck, it is discreet.
